Return and Refund Policy

At Urbnbuy we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights if you need to cancel an order, return an item or request a refund.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

If you are in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel, email us at support@urbnbuy.store with your order number and your name. Please tell us within 14 days of delivery, and send the item back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

How to return an item

Email support@urbnbuy.store with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We will reply within 2 business days with the return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.
Pack the item securely. It must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories.
Send it back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. You are responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Standard delivery charges are refunded if you cancel the whole order. Refunds can take a few additional days to show, depending on your bank.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of returning the item.
