This policy explains how Urbnbuy delivers orders to customers in the United Kingdom.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take a few extra days. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Delivery cost

Standard UK delivery costs £0.00 on every order, with no minimum spend. The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order cut-off time

Order cut-off time: 1:00pm (UK time), Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 1:00pm UK time on a working day start processing the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays start processing on the next working day.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Items are sent from UK-based stock.

Larger items may be delivered by a different carrier and may arrive separately.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number and link.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at support@urbnbuy.store with your order number and clear photos, and we will investigate with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
