Products and prices

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP). We may change prices and product availability at any time without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send a dispatch confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your right to cancel and to return items is set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Limitation of liability
